Winners will be contacted via the email submitted and an address will be requested for delivery. The contest prize will be shipped or delivered to the address provided.

Can I live somewhere outside of Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, or Paradise Valley and win?
No. Only residents currently residing within Scottsdale and Paradise Valley are eligible to win.

The winners are chosen at random.

Who Can Enter
Eligibility: VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. No purchase necessary, and no payment of money is required as a condition of participation. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older, and reside in or own a home in the Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, or Paradise Valley, Arizona areas, and any entries originating from other cites will not be accepted. Employees of SwimRight Pool Service and its agents, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their family/household members (defined as parents, spouse, children and siblings) are not eligible to enter.

Contest ends – May 31st, 2019 at 11:59 pm EST. SwimRight Pool Service holds the rights to use any entries (i.e. photographs, tweets, posts, etc.) for any advertising or promotional use in the future.
You may alternatively choose to enter the Sweepstake via the following method:
(1) Provide the following information on a plain postcard:
a. Your name;
b. Your e-mail address;
c. Your telephone number;
d. The name of the Sweepstake you are entering;
e. A statement that you wish to enter the Sweepstake and have read and agreed to the official rules for the Sweepstake.

Postcards must be received by SwimRight Pool Service within the duration of the Sweepstakes as set out in the official Sweepstakes rules. Postcards must be stamped at least 3 days prior to May 31, 2019.
Prize(s):
Prize: DERBY DUCK® POOL FLOAT
The approximate retail value of the prize is USD $75.00. Should the winner fail to email notification within the time allotted, or be unable to accept delivery for any reason, an alternative winner may or may not be selected by random drawing from eligible entries.
No cash or other prize substitution permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Each contestant is only eligible to win once. Once a winner has been drawn, their name will be removed from eligibility for any subsequent prizes during this sweepstake.
Prize Notifications: Winner(s) will be notified via e-mail following the random selection.
Prize Restrictions: SwimRight Pool Service is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other giveaway information by SwimRight Pool Service or entrants for any reason whatsoever. SwimRight Pool Service is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the giveaway or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entry materials may be maintained as part of SwimRight Pool Service giveaway records.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE SWIMRIGHT POOL SERVICE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SwimRight Pool Service reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if it becomes technically or otherwise corrupted. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner. The winner cannot assign or transfer prize. SwimRight Pool Service reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason. Only one prize will be awarded per household. Individuals are eligible to win only one prize in a giveaway sponsored by SwimRight Pool Service within any 12-month period, regardless of the number of giveaways entered. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, voice, likeness, photograph, quote or video footage in any media including for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation or permission.
The giveaway shall be controlled by those applicable laws and regulations of the State of ARIZONA and is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including without limitation, in jurisdictions requiring registration, filing, trust account, or posting of a bond, or any other requirements or disclosures that are not expressly satisfied by these rules. SwimRight Pool Service is not responsible for typographical or other errors in printing, offering, or administration of the giveaway, or in announcement of the prize.
By entering, the entrants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and (b) to SwimRight Pool Service’s use of entrants’ personal information as described in the privacy policy located at https://swimrightpools.com/privacy-policy. The winner is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the prizes set forth in these rules. Based on availability, some restrictions may apply. Cannot be combined with other packages or offers. No credit or refund will be provided for any unused prize benefits or activities. Additional charges are entrants responsibilities.
Collection of Personal Information: Entrant’s acceptance of these Official Rules and entry in this giveaway constitutes agreement to allow SwimRight Pool Service the use of their personal information for both online and offline direct marketing purposes. By participating in this giveaway, you will opt-in to receive e-mail or other communications from SwimRight Pool Service.
