Reliable care for shared pools and spas, provided in partnership with Nevergreen Pools.
SwimRight Pools services commercial pools in Fountain Hills, covering routine cleaning, water chemistry, repairs, and equipment upgrades for HOAs, community centers, apartment and condo properties, and hospitality sites. Board members and property managers get one point of contact for the whole pool, not separate vendors for each problem.
Call us if residents keep complaining about cloudy water or a strong chemical smell, if the current vendor misses visits or leaves no records, if the pool has been closed more often than it should be, if the spa runs too hot or too cold, if gates, lights, or equipment issues keep showing up on your list, if heavy weekend use leaves the water out of balance by Monday, or if the board needs clear documentation for every visit.
Our Scottsdale based team holds Arizona ROC license 365989 and serves commercial properties in partnership with Nevergreen Pools. To request a proposal for your property, fill out the form on this page.
We start with a site walk of every pool and spa on the property. That covers the water, the surfaces, the circulation and filtration equipment, heaters, controls, and how the facility is used day to day. Bather load, hours, and seasonal swings in use all shape the visit frequency and chemical plan we propose.
The proposal you receive is in writing, with the visit schedule and scope spelled out. Repairs are quoted separately and in writing before any work starts, so the board or manager can approve them on their own timeline. We give a plain recommendation on whether failing equipment should be repaired or replaced, with the cost of each, which makes budgeting and reserve planning easier. The same crew services the property week after week, so they know its equipment and its quirks.
Shared pools in the foothills face the same conditions as residential pools, with more people in the water. Hard water across the northeast Valley leaves scale on tile, heaters, and any water features. Summer highs between 105 and 115 degrees bring heavy evaporation and fast chlorine loss, right when use is highest. Monsoon dust storms from July to September can coat a pool deck and fill the water with grit and plant debris overnight. Community properties here often include spas and water features alongside the main pool, and occupancy can change with seasonal residents.
Commercial services include:
Opening and closing hours, holiday weekends, and events at the clubhouse all factor into the schedule, so visits land when they do the most good.
After storms or heavy use events, we can add visits so the pool is back in shape quickly.
When a shared pool is managed well, residents and guests find clean, comfortable water every time they come down. Complaints drop, the pool stays open, and managers have records ready if anyone asks what was done and when. Equipment problems get reported early with a recommendation and a cost attached, so nothing turns into a surprise at the next board meeting.
Neglect on a commercial pool is costly in ways a homeowner rarely sees. Poor chemistry with heavy bather loads can force a closure. Scale and debris wear down equipment that serves a much larger volume of water. Emergency replacements in mid summer cost more and leave the amenity unavailable when residents care about it most. Inconsistent service also creates friction between residents, management, and the board.
We keep communication simple. Your manager or board contact gets updates after visits, notice of any issue we find, and quotes for any work that falls outside the regular scope. If you have multiple pools across several properties, we can coordinate service so each one follows the same standard.
Switching vendors does not have to disrupt residents. We review the records your previous company left, walk the equipment with your manager, and set a start date that avoids gaps in coverage. Within the first few weeks, you receive a written summary of the condition of each pool and spa, any equipment approaching the end of its service life, and a suggested order for addressing it. Boards tend to find that summary helpful when planning reserves for the next year or two, because it puts real numbers next to the items that will eventually need replacement.
